Meet Day
Our club meet days are on Friday nights with first call for athletes at 5:15pm for a 5:30pm start to the program. Our programs run between September and March each year, with a short break over the Christmas/Holiday period in December.

The Coles age patch may now be worn on either side of the singlet or crop top.Registration number must be worn by all registered LANSW members and should be placed on the front of the top.
